Palmax LS Syrup – Levosalbutamol, Guaiphenesin & Ambroxol HCl Syrup
Palmax LS Syrup is a combination respiratory formulation that relieves cough, loosens mucus, and eases breathing in conditions like bronchitis, asthma, and other respiratory tract disorders. It contains a bronchodilator, expectorant, and mucolytic for comprehensive respiratory relief.
Composition (per 5 mL):
Levosalbutamol Sulphate IP – 1 mg (equivalent to Levosalbutamol 1 mg) – bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles for improved airflow
Guaiphenesin IP – 50 mg – expectorant that loosens mucus, making it easier to cough up
Ambroxol Hydrochloride IP – 30 mg – mucolytic that breaks down thick mucus for easier clearance
Flavoured syrup base – q.s.
Uses (Indications):
Productive cough with thick mucus
Bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
