ASE PLUS

ASE PLUS is a combination medication used for effective control over pain and inflammation in various musculoskeletal and inflammatory conditions.

Composition:

• Diclofenac Potassium (50 mg) – A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain, inflammation, and stiffness by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis.

• Serratiopeptidase (10 mg) – A proteolytic enzyme that helps in the faster resolution of inflammation, pain, and tissue swelling by breaking down inflammatory proteins and debris.

Uses:

• Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis

• Dental pain and inflammation

• Lumbago, fever, and fractures

• Helps dissolve fibrosis and cell debris

• Enhances penetration of antibiotics in infected tissues

Dosage & Administration:

• To be taken as directed by a physician.

• Usually taken after meals with plenty of water to avoid gastric irritation.

Side Effects:

• Gastric discomfort or ulceration

• Nausea, vomiting, or dizziness

• Allergic reactions (rare)

• Increased liver enzymes (rare, with prolonged use)

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol and smoking to minimize gastric side effects.

• Use with caution in patients with gastric ulcers, liver or kidney disease, or bleeding disorders.

• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed by a doctor.
