Composition:

• Cefixime (200 mg) – A third-generation oral cephalosporin that inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, providing bactericidal action against gram-negative organisms.

• Ofloxacin (200 mg) – A second-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits DNA gyrase, impairing DNA supercoiling and causing bacterial cell lysis.
