Product Name: LINOTYL-CL
Composition:

• Cefpodoxime Proxetil (200 mg or 50 mg) – A prodrug broad-spectrum antibacterial agent active against gram-positive, gram-negative, and anaerobic gram-positive bacteria.

• Clavulanate (125 mg or 31.5 mg/5 ml) – A beta-lactamase inhibitor that protects Cefpodoxime from hydrolysis by beta-lactamase producing bacteria.

Uses:

• Treats acute otitis media (middle ear infection)

• Effective for pharyngitis

• Used for tonsillitis and acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis

• Treats maxillary sinusitis

• Used for cystitis (urinary bladder infection)

• Effective against pneumonia

• Treats urethral and cervical gonorrhea

Dosage & Administration:

• Available in tablet form (200 mg or 50 mg) or dry syrup (31.5 mg/5 ml).

• Dosage should be as prescribed by a healthcare provider based on the infection being treated.
