Composition:

• Azithromycin (250 mg or 500 mg) – A macrolide antibiotic that works by binding to the 50S sub-unit of the bacterial ribosome, inhibiting protein synthesis and preventing bacterial growth.

Uses:

• Treats upper respiratory tract infections (URTI)

• Effective against strep throat, otitis media (middle ear infection), and pneumonia

• Used for gastrointestinal infections (GI infections)

• Bacterial endocarditis

• Cystic fibrosis-related infections

• Chronic bronchitis

• Skin infections

• Diarrhea

Dosage & Administration:

• Available in 250 mg (6 tablets) or 500 mg (3 tablets).
